Freese and Nichols is headquartered in Fort Worth and currently employs over 550 employees. We have served the USACE-Fort Worth District since its inception and currently are working for the Fort Worth District on civil works planning task orders and projects at Fort Hood and Fort Polk. Freese and Nichols is a leader in providing planning, permitting and design services for water resource/civil works projects across the country for dams, pipelines, flood control/storm water management, water/wastewater treatment, and ecosystem restoration projects. We recently opened an office in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Through the years, the firm has expanded its services and locations to cover Texas and points beyond. Halff’s staff of more than 410 includes architects, engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and scientists.  Halff, an employee-owned firm, is consistently ranked in Engineering News Record’s list of the top 200 design firms in the United States. (G&AI) is a Texas Corporation with offices in Austin, Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio providing full service professional land surveying, aerial photogrammetric mapping, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing. G&AI’s sole ownership is held by the original founder, Brad Gorrondona, RPLS.
