We are proud to announce the launch of our 2023 Texas Region Leader Development Program.

The curriculum will consist of 12 sessions over the course of 12 months.  Typical monthly sessions will be one hour in duration, using an online platform.  Topics will include self analysis, team dynamics and team leadership, and planning your future. The program will include a few in-person opportunities to meet cohort participants from across Texas throughout the year.  A combination of books and videos on leadership topics, followed by discussions led by cohort members will be a typical standard session.  Cohorts will select a mentor, either from their post or from the list of State-wide mentors.  Mentors are experienced professionals, recent graduates of the SAME National LDP, C-Suite Executives and/or senior leaders in the industry.
