We will be celebrating our 2025 accomplishments, inducting the 2026 Dallas Post Board of Direction, recognizing and honoring volunteers, holding a Silent Auction, supporting the Operation Once in a LIfetime Toys for Troops drive for our 12th year, and much more! There are several ways you can support our event.

Enjoy fellowship, honor our volunteers, participate in a Silent Auction, support the Toys for Troops donation drive benefiting Operation Once in a Lifetime—and more!

 Sponsorship Opportunities – Support SAME and showcase your company! All sponsorships include your logo on printed materials, the Dallas Post website, and social media.

· Platinum Sponsor – $1,500. Includes a 5-minute company presentation, 4 party registrations, and 4 tickets to a 2026 monthly luncheon.

· Gold Sponsor – $1,000. Includes 2 party registrations and 2 tickets to a 2026 monthly luncheon.

· Silver Sponsor – $500. Includes 2 party registrations

 Silent Auction Donations – Help us build an exciting auction lineup! We welcome items and experiences valued at $100+, such as:

· Jewelry, crafts, specialty items

· Beach house rentals, weekend getaways

· Lunch/dinner with AEC industry leaders

· Golf outings, sports tickets

· Photography sessions, personal training packages, spa/relaxation baskets, and more

Donors will be recognized in event promotions and during the event.
