Bio: Chandler is the regulatory Technical Specialist for the Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, Regulatory Division. He previously served as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) EIS/404b1 coordinator for the Omaha District Regulatory Branch as well as the Northwest Division NEPA Subject Matter Expert for the regulatory program. He has more than 30 years experience in aquatic resource regulation and analysis with the Corps, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. He has overseen, directed, and supported the evaluation of numerous energy, water resources, and transportation projects with significant effects to aquatic resources in Texas, the Rocky Mountain Region, and other parts of the nation. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.
