Please join us for a very timely table top discussion of disaster mitigation, infrastructure resiliency and plans for response and recovery from wide spread flooding and tornadoes in the DFW area. Local Emergency Managers, Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM), National Weather Service (NWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) have been invited to discuss their plans and needs. The intent is to connect emergency management agencies at the local, state and federal level with the technical services support that SAME members can provide, and to share information about response options in the DFW area.
