The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) is a non-profit professional engineering association headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia with Chapters (Called Posts) worldwide.  Its mission is to bring together professional engineers, and those in engineering-related fields, to improve and increase the engineering capabilities of the nation; and to exchange and advance the knowledge of engineering technologies, applications, and practices.

Each year, the Ft. Worth Post of SAME provides college scholarships to deserving students who are interested in pursuing an education in engineering or science related field to help begin this education and mentoring process.

The application package must be received by 5:00pm on April 30, 2019.
