G&AI’s sole ownership is held by the original founder, Brad Gorrondona, RPLS. Established in 1990, the company maintains a staff of over 100 people; including 14 registered professional land surveyors, three licensed professional engineers, certified photogrammetrists, 20 survey field crews, and two accredited laboratories (Houston and Fort Worth).

Founded in 1950, Halff Associates was first established as a civil engineering firm.  Today, we are a full-service engineering and architecture firm with offices in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Halff has served the Fort Worth District for more than 40 years delivering studies and designs for MILCON, DHS, and civil works projects, as well as integrating with USACE staff to perform project reviews, staff field offices at area lakes, and provide on-site construction inspection.
