Fort Worth Post Members and Visitors,

Starting 1 January 2015, the Fort Worth Post will be implementing its new RSVP luncheon policy with the specific intent to preserve and maintain the excellent professional relationship with have had with our wonderful venue for many years.

The intent of this policy is to encourage membership to make RSVPs in a timely manner.

It is important that the Post provides the Petroleum Club with a guaranteed head count before each meeting. This allows the Petroleum Club to prepare an adequate amount of food for the meeting. The Post is also obligated to pay for the guaranteed number of meals even if the attendance is less than the guarantee.

The headcount is based on RSVPs received by e-mail from members. RSVPs must be received by NLT noon on Wednesday before the meeting unless stated otherwise in the meeting announcement e-mail. RSVPs will be acknowledged by a return e-mail. If you pay using Pay Pal you must still RSVP to confirm your reservation. Late reservations and walk-ins are welcome but will be charged an additional $5. No shows will be billed if we do not meet the guaranteed head count.  We appreciate your understanding in advance.
