COL Scott Hartford, P.E., Director, Facility Engineering Center of Excellence will provide an overview of the AF Civil Engineer Center and key facility investment initiatives. These include beddown of the F-35 fighter, KC-46 tanker, Special Operations Forces, Medical Facilities, and Pacific Airpower Resiliency. It will also provide an update on Air Force Contingency Construction activities to “Finish Strong” in Afghanistan, as well as an overview of the AF Housing Privatization program.
